The Gaggia Accademia is equipped with seven customizable drinks, all easily accessible on the face of the machine. The Accademia allows users to adjust the flow of extraction and control milk frothiness for a true pro-barista experience.
One-touch Specialties
A variety of pre-programmed specialty drinks can be brewed with a single touch, including espresso, caffe, caffe lungo, cappuccino, latte macchiato, and hot water.
Removable Carafe
The hygienic self-cleaning carafe is removable for storage in the refrigerator.
Flow Control
The ePlus dial can be adjusted mid-extraction to alter flow rate and flavor intensity. Increase the flow rate for lighter, longer coffees, or decrease flow rate for a bolder espresso.
Manual Wand
The Accademia's commercial style wand offers manual control when frothing milk for a more bespoke drink.
